DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER: Please send us the following information to email@example.com in order for us to assist you as fast as possible!
1) photos of the damaged product
2) photos of the labels on the package as well as the packaging itself.(please keep ALL packaging if your product will need replacing as UPS requires this)
3) your order number
4) a brief description of missing/damaged items.

ALL order questions are to be addressed through email at email@example.com. Please allow 24-48 BUSINESS hours for a response. We do NOT accept returns at this time due to COVID. All sales are FINAL, there will be NO REFUNDS on any items at this time.
All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-4 business days, major sales will result in extended processing time of up to 1 week before fulfilment.
If you DO NOT provide an email you WILL NOT receive your TRACKING number or your invoice.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes- these orders will be refunded if a new mailing address Is not provided.
Please note- **Any orders sent "back to sender" due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus postal fees if any. If the customer wishes to have the order sent out again to a new address, a new order must be created. **
